I collaborate with women aged 24 and up who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and bipolar disorder. Together, we work on achieving effective symptom management and fostering a balanced, harmonious, and peaceful life.
Through our collaboration, you'll gain the knowledge and skills needed to manage distressing symptoms and integrate these practices into your daily routine. You'll learn how to:
- Replace self-defeating and self-sabotaging thoughts with empowering and affirming ones.
- Identify, replace, and adopt healthier behaviors and habits.
- Enhance overall well-being and life satisfaction through mindfulness and its daily application.
- Understand how medication adherence (if relevant), meditation and mindfulness, movement and exercise, connection with nature, social support, and proper nutrition contribute to overall health and greater life balance.
